Elaine May is a comedienne, genius, legend, writer, director, etc. She somehow does it all and makes it look easy. She's probably best-known for her comedy partnership with Mike Nichols, but I personally associate her most closely with "A New Leaf," one of my all-time favorite films. If I ever met her IRL, I would be starstruck.
